Courtney Rhodes and Bryce Wilson together have a daughter. The previous couple has named their daughter Jala.

Jala is an Arabic-origin name that is the feminine version of Jalan. Jala's name means great or special one. As both the parents think of their daughter as very special to them the name suits her.

The two separated couple had their daughter on April 20, 1998. As Jala had both the grace of her father and mother, she was able to spend her life normally. Though most of her photo comes out of her mother's social media, she is also very close with her father.

When she grew big enough, she was enrolled at Whitney M. Young Magnet High School. Other than being a good grade student, she was also an athletic person with an interest in basketball.

She had even participated in a basketball tournament. Though the results are unknown, she should be quite a good player as she was selected for a tournament. She later graduated from high school in 2016.

After her graduation, she joined Syracuse University the same year, taking her first step to her freedom and her life. During her junior year at the university, she was selected on the dean's list for McNair Scholar.

Around this time, she also started to entertain the thought of getting into music and even produced her song. Courtney was even in awe of her daughter and proud of her achievement and hard work.

Jala's first debut track album was named 27 Days which had a total of 8 songs in the album. During that time, she had also become fluent in Mandarin.

After completing her undergraduate course, she once again joined Syracuse University. This time she was aiming for a master's study in the Counseling and Human Service program, which will lead her on her journey of becoming a Clinical Therapist.
